Difficulty recovering what’s owed on an NEC3 or NEC4 contract?

Reservations about getting too “legal” with the employer, in order to retain otherwise good relations?

If the answer to the above two questions is yes, then maybe our NEC contracts support services can help.

For over 25 years, our director has operated within both a Commercial Management & Project Management capacity – delivering a variety of NEC4 support services to the Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Rail, Underground, Power & Specialist Subcontractor sectors.

Training as both a Project Manager & Commercial Manager has obvious advantages. Knowledge of both Operational Works Delivery and Quantity Surveying functions, more often than not renders our perspective unique - in terms of our ability to understand both operational difficulties, and contractual reasoning surrounding why disputes have arose in the first place.

Once properly communicated, in effective ways that both sides can properly understand – Compensation Event disputes are quickly put to bed, without any need for escalation.

In our experience our intermediary service increases the likelihood of retaining the good will of your client, and in turn increases the likelihood of securing future work for your business.
